- You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchanges are limited to direct sale by Big Bangles Theory, Inc. on the bigbanglestheory.com website and the bigbanglestheory (BBT) mobile website to you and that these terms of return and exchange is not available in case of a sale by third party, in which case the invoice or such third party’s return policy shall govern by the terms of such sale.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness for our artisans and craftsmen as well as to keep prices fair many items are final sale. Please make it to a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. If products are eligible for returns they are indicated in the additional details section.
- If your item is eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- We will not accept any items that have been used, have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents.
- Items returned must have original receipts or proof of purchase.
- No refunds will be provided on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit based on the terms and conditions. The customer will bear the shipping cost under these conditions.
- Our inventory is limited and we may not always have all the sizes available. Under such circumstances the credit amount may be applied towards any goods purchased from BBT at any time in the future.
- All conditions applicable to return of goods are also applicable to exchange of goods.
- To return an item, you must fill out the return form (this should be a hyperlink to the return form), within 48 hours or receipt of such good/product. In the unfortunate event that the merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us a photo of the faulty product to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please specify the Order number and/or SKU number and/or the date of purchase and your name in the email. You can also choose to call our customer support at 404-747-4426 Mon – Fri (9AM – 5PM). You will promptly receive a response from us with Instructions on return labels for shipments.
- We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during return transit.
- In the event that you would return any good/product purchased on the bigbanglestheory online shop, you must fill out the return form (this should be a hyperlink to the return form), within 48 hours or receipt of such good/product. - After validating your return request over we will send you an email authorizing a return. The email will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information and paste the shipping label on the package and send it back to us.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein we should receive the return package within 10 working days of sending the authorizing email.
- Post receipt of the returned package we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return we will issue your merchandize credit in the appropriate amount or exchange the goods/product pursuant to the terms hereof. If however it is found that the returns are not eligible for refund we will return the same back to you.
- In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of the receiving of our return package from you.
- We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step.
Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchanges are as follows:
- Goods are faulty if they are received as damaged.
- Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
- Items ordered at BBT are based on the measurements provided by you. Hence we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made and make to measure orders.
- Please note that before we dispatch any item we keep an image for our records.
- The BBT support team must receive and approve your return request.
- Once your request is received and approved you would be asked to ship across the products to our partner office in Atlanta, USA. (put PO Box Address)
- Once returns are accepted you can choose to receive a store credit/gift card
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied on the cost of the items returned.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of our products that appear on our site. However as computer monitors vary we cannot guarantee that the display of any color is completely accurate.
- We aim to process all returns within a week. If you have any concerns please reach out to our care team at email@example.com
- All custom duties levied for return will be borne by the customer.
- Items should be returned unused in the original conditions with all tags attached. Returns which are soiled or damaged will not be accepted and will be send back to the customer.
- Please inform our customer care department in the event any goods are delivered without tags at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable
All Items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from our online shop www.bigbanglestheory.com , at any time. Our sales team will endeavor to contact you should there be such a situation to suggest alternatives in line with what was originally ordered.
Shop with confidence. Rest assured when buying from Big Bangles Theory, every item is put through a quality assurance process before being dispatched to you. All items are packaged securely to ensure that the quality of the jewellery is not compromised. We guarantee that all our products will be delivered as ordered and free of defects. Other circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Once an order is received the package will be shipping within two business days after the jewellery is in stock or within 21 days for customized products. Currently we only ship within the United States of America. Our preferred method of shipping is via United States Postal Service. Once an order is dispatched, if the order is returned back to us due to an incomplete address or incorrect address, then we are not responsible in such cases and will not issue a refund. We can attempt to reship the package but the customer will have to bear the shipping costs again.
Shipping costs are based on a flat rate that we come with which takes into consideration the weight, handling fee and fragile fee for some jewellery.
Shipping and Tracking
Once the ordered is placed and a shipping label is created, an email will be sent to the customer with the tracking number. The customer may track the package using the customer number at the postal site indicated in the email. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping due to the unforeseen event that the item is not in stock or delays in producing it, we will notify you by email. Dates for delivery are only approximate and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your full or partial order. We may choose to deliver your order in separate shipments. In some cases we may offer to refund you for any unfulfilled orders. We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the courier company. In such cases no refund, returns, replacement/exchange optins will be available.
At Big Bangles Theory each bangle is created to your measurements. To ensure customer satisfaction, all orders are held for 24 hours before being processed to allow for any changes to the order. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at email@example.com and mention the order the number.
The cancellation will be confirmed in an email to you. If your cancellation is approved, the full amount of the order will be refunded to you.
